"This hotel is on the older side. Right on the beach. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance of hotel. Also within walking distance of island attractions. Nice walking/bike path that runs length of island within two blocks of hotel. Only inconvenience of the property was the size of the bathroom. Tried to close door and only had an inch of space between toilet and the door."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cat Point Hideaway was just as described and perfect for our group of 8. The kitchen was plenty large and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. Hot tub and outdoor shower were great. The location was the best, very private, great for dogs, perfect for strolling along the bay, and easy to get to SGI, Apalachicola and other destinations. We enjoyed and would stay again."

"Our stay was very enjoyable. Kevin(the host) was extremely hospitable & told us if we needed anything, just ask. Our place was so nice & just right for my husband & I. We had a kitchen, dining area, living room with tv, bedroom with tv, & bathroom. The pool was a hit with us & our extended family that were staying down the street. All in all it was a very relaxing & great trip. We will definitely rent from Kevin next year."

"Very nice house that had pretty much everything we could need! The hosts were also very prompt and helpful when we accidentally got locked out. We took one star off of our review because we struggled a lot with the bedroom lights/fans. It seemed each remote in every room would change the settings on all the lights/fans in the house rather than just the one it was meant for. This doesn’t sound that bad until it’s late at night and someone tried to turn their fan on and everyone’s lights turn on. Other than that, great property and we’d highly recommend!"
