Buchanan State Forest Vacations

"It was clean enough. Bathroom sink was slow draining.. bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. Parking lot was cramped with small spaces made for a Yugo or something similar sized. The price was ok for what I got. Room was quiet despite the party crowd in the restaurant/bar. Great diner just 1 block away. I may try it again, or I might not."

"We enjoyed our overnight stay. The resort is in a lovely setting with the lake and views on one side and the golf course on the other. It was quite a hot day so great to be able to cool off in the pool and river. The bed was very comfortable."

"The "breakfast" was the biggest joke I've ever seen. Coffee, Milk, OJ. Two sugar cereals. A few donuts. Sum total."

"By far, the best hotel I've stayed in this year while traveling! The bed was super comfortable! I rested very well! The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Kim, the breakfast attendant, was so friendly, warm, and welcoming. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to keep the breakfast stocked, and the dining area very clean. I will definitely stay here again if I travel through this area."

"BRAND NEW EVERYTHING! We really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary parking garage was just one block away, which was very convenient. The continental breakfast was good, and the restaurant and bar were a nice bonus. The foyer was a wonderful place to sit and chat with friends. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The bathroom was excellent, with a great shower, although the toilet was quite small. For a king room, a comfort-height toilet would have been a nice...
