Disappointing but good location

There was no water from midnight to 7:00am and wifi didn't work from rooms, only in the lobby. Hotel did apoligize for water issue but didn't change the fact our daughter couldn't shower before she flew out.

Beim Check-In wurden wir auf ein inbegriffenes Frühstück hingewiesen, welches schlussendlich doch nicht inkludiert gewesen ist und beim Check-Our verrechnet wurde. Den 4-Sterne Standard vermisst man hier.

Tired Hotel in need of upgrade

The room was spacious, but there was no shower curtain on the shower and at the time of year there was no air conditioning on and the room was too hot. They asked us not to open the windows, but without air conditioning we were forced to open them anyway. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was better than usual, but this hotel needs a major renovation. On the balcony there were cigarette buts from a previous occupant. The furniture was not very comfortable, sticky vinyl sofa and chairs.

You don't get what you select with room accommodation. If you switch to what you need they upcharge. Actual decor is not modern. Very dated. Staff was friendly until you won't let them screw you then very dismissive. Don't do it!

staff needs to improve their hopitality apporach

hotel is situated close to a lake so pretty nice area if you want to take a walk. it's situated very close to Otopeni airport and close to a huge commercial centre. also it comes with free parking. during my stay the wather was hot (above 30*C) and the air-conditioning was not working. I wasn't informed about it when I checked in which I believe it was a very unpleasant. situation. honestly I wont come back to this hotel because of the people even though the hotel is nice and has potential.

Close to Bucharest airport

We chose the Hotel Class because it was on the outskirts of the city and an easy, 10 minute drive to our rental car return. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful, with an adequate command of English for our purposes. The restaurant had a full bar and a nice menu....but if you order anything but the burgers or sandwhiches (very good!), the kitchen had a problem. There was only 1 waiter when we stayed, very nice but frazzled when several tables showed up about 20 minutes after we ordered. We ended up waiting over 1 1/2 hrs for our food. The waiter comped us a second bottle of wine as an apology? The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a mini bar in the room. The bathroom was large, and the towels ok. Please note that the pool and hot tub are only in use during the summer season. They were out of service at our visit, at the end of September. The spa/gym was very limited and the clerk was unable to find a masseuse willing to come in for one of our party, despite them advertising massages as being available at the front desk.

Very quiet and good facilities.

A very quiet hotel in a very quiet and nice residential area. Close enough to centre of town and handy for the airport. Great swimming pool (deserted!) and excellent gym. Great value for money.

Hotel Class, Bucharest - Nice place to stay

I stayed at the hotel as I was having a meeting there for a couple of days. The hotel is in a pleasant neighbourhood of Bucharest within a very short walk from a lake to walk around. A very short taxi ride away (10LEI including tip = £2) is the large shopping mall (Băneasa Shopping City) with a huge Carrefour. It's also close to the airport (20-25LEI). I arrived when it was 35DegC and very humid, and the 'climate control' in the room took a couple of hours to cool the room down, but was fine after then. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

cheap and good stay for two nights

good stay for two nights. warm pool and jacuzzi. breakfast not extraordinary. Staff's english is good. quiet area, although you may hear dogs anywhere in Bucharest. fridge is noisy, but can be unplugged.

Super hotel personal.

Super hotel personal som är väldigt ovanligt i Rumänien. Vi fick ingen frukost då vi var där på påsk afton men blev kompenserade plus fick med oss lite mat för resan hem vi gjorde nästa dag. Dom har även ett helt ok spa med bastu.

Good hotel to stay, nice staff

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff at the hotel go beyond their way to make you happy. However, I had greater expectations, on par with a 4 stars hotel in the US - not comparable. There is barely any parking, the elevator had to be reset the 1st time we wanted to use it and this one elevator seemed to fit 1 person. Wanted to use the pool, but then changed my mind. The facilities don't really look like in pictures. Lastly, the staff does not really know how to use Expedia - they almost charged me twice and at the end their machine broke when they had to print the receipt. I ended up leaving without one as I could not wait anymore.

Clean, quiet, and confortable.

Away from the highway very quiet, recommended. If you order a cab through the receptionist, they are hand in hand with the cab drivers and overprice the rate. You shoudn't pay more than 5 euro to Henry Cuanda Airport. Excellent otherwise. Recommended. Do your homework prior traveling. Stay safe!

A very comfortable hotel with a decent breakfast, super rooms excellent air con at a very good price. Falling down on numerous details. 8 Lei £2,-- for a Fanta, pool opens at 10.00 after you have had breakfast and left. High sided bath with no curtain for showering.
