"Modern and luxurious hotel in a Jewish quarter that feels a bit run down and unloved. Staff were super friendly. A shout out to Marin who checked us in, helped us with an issue with the Aircon and checked us out really professionally. Big breakfast buffet. Well run. Great sauna, roof top pool and gymnasium on site. A real gem and highly recommended"

"The hotel is a beautifully restored historic building, with richly decorated ballroom style dining area. The property was very clean, the amenities covered everything we needed, the staff was helpful, courteous and had great recommendations for dining, entertainment and transportation options in the area. Our stay included breakfast, with offerings of a wide selection of pastries, breads, baked goods, cold cuts, as well as made-to-order dishes and salads. Can't comment on parking since we used the excellent public transportation system and had no need for parking services. The central location of the property made it really easy to reach any landmarks and honestly everything the city had to offer. The great public safety of the area made even late night river bank walks a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend staying at this property."

"Stayed in early July. Hotel is beautiful and spotless throughout. We arrived at around 1pm and our room was ready which was great. Staff were very pleasant. We required help from front desk twice - once to request an iron and another to help open our safe and on both occasions they arrived within minutes. Hotel is conveniently right outside tram stop which brings you right to Chain Bridge. Only comment on the room is that the soap in the toilet was heavily watered down. The sink in the shower area did have bars of soap however. The rooftop bar is lovely but servers could be more attentive as we had to get our own menu and then track them down to order drink. Also the pool area is small and only has 4 sun loungers which is a shame as they were taken throughout our stay."
