"Good apartments, location good, easy access to local area/bars/cafes/restaurants. Room and facilities good. The main gate/entrance is room card controlled, during our stay a simple push opened the gate and allowed access, no security. Entry to the accommodation block is also card controlled, the cleaner was in the habit of jamming the door open and leaving open, no security. The lift is press button with no card control, so full access was available to the complex and accommodation block, summarised as very weak security."

"It was clean room and good breakfast. First night I was given a room right across 3 elevators. Very noisy and terrible. They moved me to a better location for rest of our stay. Never seen a hotel room that has a room in front of elevators. You could touch my room’s door as soon as you exit the elevator. They should not assign that room."

"Our room was clean and well laid out with a wonderful view of the Hungarian Parliamentary Building across the Danube. All staff spoke brilliant English and we're polite. All waiting staff at breakfast we're very attentive and there was a good selection of food."

"The hotel front desk staff are really helpful, the rooms and beds are comfortable (apart from the noisy AC controller that keeps switching on/off every few seconds in the night) The gym is spacious and well equipped. The biggest let down was the breakfast, we ordered from the A La Carte menu, food was cold, eggs and toast were solid, seemed like it had been prepared 2 hours previous! Another guest had 3 attempts at ordering a dish from the menu, none of them had arrived when we left the breakfast room. The staff were standing and talking in the centre of the dining room, meanwhile the coffee machine had run out of milk, the tea urn was out of water and tables were not reset ready for guests. We asked for a table to be cleared, the table was wiped with a cloth and that was all, eventually we went and helped ourselves to clean cutlery and napkins. Housekeeping in our bedroom varied from day to day, one day they removed our plastic water bottles (that we still wanted for water to carry with us) some days the water in the fridge was replaced, other days it wasn't, one day we even got two bottles instead of the usual single bottle. One of our key cards was removed from the room, so I used my gym membership card in the electrical switch, this was also removed, now I have to get a new gym card at home!"
