Greeting and information from staff was helpful and welcoming. The property is a short walk from the metro which made the journey into the centre was easy (15 mins max). The balcony was a nice benefit. Budapest Go app was excellent and well worth setting up before you arrive.

Good location walking distance to public transportation, safe neighbourhood, good dining options, apartment spacious with good natural light. I didn’t rate excellent as I wish the front desk went a bit out of their way, although I received the generic email asking if I needed any assistance and I understand during NYE most things to do were booked I wish they have provided some options as they were, even when asked where do Hungarians go to cerebrate they knew nothing and clearly there was big celebration on the streets with fireworks and music also I requested a car service to airport and clearly stated I have a lot of luggage I only got at 2:30 am a small taxi we had to wait for 20 minutes for a second taxi out in the cold, coming from service industry the front desk/concierge should go above and beyond.

My sister and I stayed at this accommodation and overall the experience was acceptable. The staff were one of the strongest points: very kind, attentive, helpful, and able to communicate in several languages, which made everything easier. The location is good, central and well connected by public transport, making it easy to get around the city. However, the reception is in a different building from the rooms, about a three-minute walk away, and the building seems to be part of a residential complex. One disappointing aspect was that the room we were assigned did not match the photos shown at the time of booking. We were told the images were generic, which can be misleading. The room itself was average but showed some maintenance issues, such as very wrinkled curtains and a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. We were offered a room change for an extra fee, which did not seem appropriate, so we chose to stay. We also requested a late check-out and were informed there would be an additional charge. While not excessive, it would have been a nice gesture not to charge for it. Overall, I would consider this a two- to three-star accommodation. I am giving it three stars mainly due to the friendliness of the staff, and I hope this review serves as constructive feedback.

This last time we stayed in Jan there was issues with the WiFi however we weren’t in the apt very often so it wasn’t a huge ordeal. Would recommend

Lovely location. Didn’t like the small towels provided-take your own. Booked 2 bedroom apartment & it stated there would be a balcony- door opened onto a tiny square space only one person could stand on. Oven but no oven tray or oven gloves so not able to use. Only issue I had with property is that in morning electrical issue caused WiFi, bathroom light and kitchen area out of electricity and there no emergency contact and office was only available between 10 am to 1 am which I understand is big window but still it's common now most of apartments to provide support 24x7..overall it is great location and flat.

Ruined vacations!

Horrible customer service and no accountability. While the hotel itself is relatively clean, the hotel staff is beyond incompetent and does not care about the clients. We booked well in advance the hotel and we specified that we needed access to the room's freezer to store medication that is vital to a family member. They told us in advance that they would be able to do so. However when we arrived, they misplaced the medication and never placed it in the freezer, causing it to go bad. This was very bad as the medication is required for the health of my family member and had the effect of cutting our trip short and we had to spend a lot of money to fly back home earlier than anticipated. When we confronted them, they never took accountability for their actions and never offered us anything more than a cheap 30 euro room upgrade. This was beyond insulting as their error costed us thousands of dollars. They flat out refused to take the blame and never offered us a refund even if it was clearly their fault. They even refused to engage in a dialog with the Hotels.com staff. This sort of behaviour is beyond unacceptable and shows that amateurs run this hotel. I would advice against staying in this hotel as they truly do not care about the wellbeing or their clients and make absolutely no efforts to take accountability and try to resolve truly important health challenges that occur because of their incompetence.
