Great value hotel, short walk to the main areas and plenty of Ubers available in the nearby area to get to the places further out. Would stay here again, hotel was clean and staff friendly. Did not use breakfast or hotel bar so cannot comment on that but would return to the DORMERO.

Great price for what i was after. Only wanted a 3 star hotel because i was only there to sleep. Nice and tidy, reception staff were nice and helpful and i would definitely go back

The hotel looked very modern and the room was lovely. The hotel had shops close by but it was a walk from the main centre so it was a 15 minute walk for the metro. However, it was nice and quiet around the hotel. But the main issue was the walls were very thin so you could hear every time someone walked down the corridor, every time a door opened and closed and every time a toilet flushed in the night which would last a while so there was a lot of noise from within the hotel which was not blocked out very well.

Great location and hotel to stay for a short period of time. Bathroom was clean however found stains, holes and hair on the bedsheets. It’s good enough to just sleep and shower. Staff are very kind. Lobby area is nice to relax with group of friends.

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Nice hotel. Clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly. Room clean and nicely set. Cons: no parking( stairs at the entrance, so that you have to lift your suitcase yourself quite high. Windows are facing a narrow street and facing opposite building and you end up closing your curtains all the time to change.

The hotel is in a good location, but, the rooms aren’t soundproof so you can hear your neighbours and the walking , running & dancing in the rooms and hallways above. No coffee in the rooms. The hotel is charging 19 euros for breakfast, ridiculous . It’s half that in London, Rome & Athens . It’s much cheaper if you pay on the booking site, or go around the corner and pay 8 euros for a hot breakfast.

I stay in this hotel quite often for 1 night stopovers in Budapest. In general, I like location and overall experience for good price however there is always something to improve to grow higher. For example, this time I received card key which didn’t work when I tried to open the room upon arrival after 8 hours exhausting trip and had to go downstairs again to change it. Then all night there was some noise from pipes or elsewhere else that didn’t let me sleep well. The cleaning in general is good. Location is very good. Staff is friendly.

Nice rooms and very good location. Some of the reception staff was very nice. But breakfast: Woow…The staff there is not interested AT ALL. None of the tables where cleaned, it was empty for bread,knifes, orange and apple juice, glasses and coffee cups. We stayed for 3 nights and this happened 2 days. When I tried to ask if they could please refill «this and that» they just walked away. The food was good though. I am working as a Ass.Front Office Manager and if this was my hotel, I would not have accepted this.

I will not recommend this hotel. My next door room was vigorously bang the wall at mid night and shouting. I requested to change the room. Unfortunately, the staff was ignored us. It's so disappointed about them to handle this situation. We felt anxiety while we were staying in the room at night.
