In essence, everything was excellent: the location, the comfortable room, the great breakfast, the friendly staff, the service, and the valet parking. And since I deliberately chose a room overlooking the atrium, for anyone who’s sensitive to noise, this is the best option—complete peace at night.

Fabulous hotel in fantastic central location. Easy to walk to main attractions eg Houses of Parliament and along the river. Room was very clean with comfortable beds and lovely interiors. Certainly a very high standard. Would highly recommend for a city break exploring this beautiful city.

The staff at the front desk were outstanding. Helpful, friendly, calm. The room was lovely and clean and housekeeping did a great job. The restaurant serves delicious food and again, the staff were very good.

It was amazing, the room was very big and confortable, great customer service and a real 5 star hotel. The hotel pool is also beautiful and relaxing.
