I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the room was always well-maintained throughout my visit. The service was great—staff were helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect. The tram station was right in front of the hotel, which made it very easy to get anywhere in the city. Everything was within reach, including shops, restaurants, and popular attractions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nice rooms and modern . They try and screw you for every penny . My club sandwich cost double when they add service charges and tray service for an already expensive sandwich . Same as the roof bar . Why do they add a service charge when surely it’s already included in an already expensive drink . The hotel is named after The Infiniti pool which is the main reason I booked this place . However it does not seem to be heated and only the bravest would have a dip in there . Also the bar closes early every night . Breakfast was none existent 20 minutes before finishing on the first morning, but after I complained this was sorted with a full and topped up spread the next day.the nice items that you would like are an extra charge on the a la carte . The spa is lovely and great to spend a few hours . Top tip for a hotel that is named after their pool -heat the pool and have it open at night times until 10pm just as they did in a similar hotel in Spain . - then it’s great to enjoy the views and pool at night .

Alt var godt undtage en aften hvor vi kunne ikke sove af høj musik lyd hele natten. Vi fik vide lyden kom fra de færger som sejler på floden også om natten og kan holde fester. Så måske hotellet skal investere bedre lyd isolering . Ellers var det et rigtig godt hotel, meget søde personale og god faciliteter. God transport muligheder osv.

Sehr schönes Hotel; Super gelegen

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Zimmer mit Blick auf die Donau. Ruhig gelegen mit Anbindung mittels Tram zur Innenstadt. Je nachdem wohin es gehen soll, die Verbindungen sind vorzüglich. (Tipp, Budapest Go App für Verbindungen mit den unterschiedlichsten Verkehrsmittel). Zurück zum Hotel. Die Angestellten sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer top ausgestattet mit vielen Kästchen usw. . Es fehlt an nichts. Trotz Kaffeemaschine, Trinkwasser und Wasserkocher im Zimmer, kann in der Lobby jederzeit zusätzlich, Gratis Kaffee und Trinkwasser geholt werden.
