We had a wonderful stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, modern, extremely clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel suited us as it was out of the hustle and bustle - you could go out for the day sightseeing and then be back in the evening to the calm and quiet. There were multiple tram & bus lines within 1-3 minutes walk (depending on the line required) and there was a metro station about 10 minutes walk. It was absolutely perfect for us. We loved our time in Budapest - magical.

We stayed in a Premium twin room which was very clean and very comfortable. Staff were fantastic. Hotel is in a quiet location with views over the Danube. Just a short walk from Margaret Island and taxis turn up in minutes when booked through the Bolt/Uber App. We had a wonderful stay and reasonably priced overall.

The property is situated a fair walk from the main city sites. Interestingly I was treated differently to other guests that I observed, perhaps due to travelling with two small children. Rooms were serviced daily, although both days my used coffee cup still had residue of coffee that hadn’t been cleaned around the edges. I opted for the al Le carte menu for breakfast as my children don’t require a full Buffet option- again, we were left waiting for our plates to be cleared away and I took a significant amount of time for staff to see that we were waiting to settle the bill.

A beautiful hotel with great staff! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and couldn’t fault a thing - our room was lovely and very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff so friendly and helpful. I initially wondered about the location, but it was perfect for us. Whilst on the quieter Buda side there are plenty of tram options that take you in whatever direction you’re heading; with Margaret Island, the Parliament Building and Fisherman’s Bastion/Buda Castle all within walking distance. I’d return, and highly recommend a stay.
