The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. There were two cups, two drinking glass and two of each utensils. I thought that more could have been provided. We were also provided with just one towel for each of us. Check-in was about 10 minutes away from where we stayed but it was an easy walk. Check-in and check-out were very easy.

The check in desk was very helpful, friendly and spoke very good English, and also gave me another copy of the code number to get in as I forgot to bring it out with me (I honestly was worried I'd be charged for a new one as you know what some hotels/accommodation are like). The apartment was clean, had good air conditioning, and was a great size for the price. The only issue was the washing machine didn't work, the drum wouldn't spin. However I easily found a laundrette nearby, and I decided to still rate the accommodation 5 stars as everything else was perfect. Thank you, and hopefully will stay again with you in the future!!

Quiet area but check in not convenient

Apartment was ok, check in was around a 10-15 minute walk away which wasn’t convenient. Very quiet complex and plenty of shops nearby. Wouldn’t stay here again though due to the check in not being on site.

Very good, warmly recommended.

Very clean, warm (we visited in December), quiet, conveniently located (only 10 min walking distance from Oktogon and Parliament Building, many grocery stores at hand), all appliances working properly, no issue of any kind.

Good location,well equipped for self catering. The 24 hours reception did not work when l needed to report something They were only one large towel per person was provided and only changed it on repeated request. The apartment was not cleaned once during our 7 days stay. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Cheap central apartment

Apartment had 2 bedrooms with double bed in each, and sofa-bed in the living room / kitchenette. Furniture a bit dated and drawers quite tired and noisy, bed a bit squeaky. Overall average, but location was good, short walk to central attractions like St Stephen’s basilica or 10min walk to parliament building.

First the possitive, good location and quite spacious rooms.Negative was that you hear the neighbours too much. When we were there we had partying neighbours. First night they went on to 3 am and second night they went out but came back at 3am and shouted and screamed. There is no reception at the place so no one really to complain to. Maybe we were just unlucky but if you want a quiet stay I wouldn't recomend this place.

Autumn break in Budapest

Apartment was great. Very comfortable and clean. Needed some mirrors in bedrooms. Also small sharp knife would have been useful. Would have appreciated small printed directions from check in to apartment and more detail of location of apartment on block. Budapest was beautiful and very interesting.

The reception was in a different location. The receptionist wanted cash for us to keep our bags there for a couple of hours. Air conditioning was bad in the room. A nice room and good location in the city.

There was only one mirror in the room. Other than that the place was really good. Do pay attention on where to pick up the key because it’s not in the same building. There is a lot of noise in the building, but bearable if you are tired.

Great apartment

Apartment was better than I was expecting. Very spacious. Spotlessly clean. Beds were so comfy. Walking distance to most attractions . Good bars and restaurants nearby. Budapest a great city break. I would recommend lord residence to anyone. Good value. Cons: having to pick up the key from another location. There was construction work going on in the courtyard but it didn't cause us any problems. Loo roll I feel should have been provided.

No reception at the property, very inconvenient. There was no way to turn on any type of heating.it was pretty cold. There was a blanket that had blood stains on it and also one of the curtains had blood stains. Other than these 2 items it was clean. Location is good. Very uncomfortable with luggages, stairs at entrance. No way to get in with a wheelchair.

The property was well heated and quiet. However, the bedroom ceiling light was not working and no soap was in the soap dispenser for showering. It was slightly inconvenient to have to pick up the keys from a different address, and the night concierge mis-billed us for the tourist tax fee by keying in an additional '0' to the total. Fortunately they refunded us very quickily the next day so we could pay the correct amount (€47 instead of €470). It still meant that we had to walk back to that reception ( 8 minutes walk) in the morning to settle that issue, wait for a concierge to turn up, before getting on with our itenarary. Finally, we were short of toilet rolls and had to spurce our own for the final night stay. Although we reported about the lack of soap and the faulty lights on day 2 of our stay, it has not been restify for our entire 6 day stay. Having a washing machine was convenient for our use after the thermal baths, but it would have been thoughtful if a few washing tablets or dishwasher tabets were provided.
