Maison Bistro & Hotel was fabulous. You enter into a charming restaurant and reception area. Out through another door where there is a lovel courtyard. The guest rooms are off the courtyard. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Breakfast was delicious with cold and hot menu items and buffet. The staff is very helpful and always willing to go beyond the norm. This is a 5 star bed and breakfast!!

I have been traveling for 2 months, and this is my favorite place, the whole trip. Not only is it just filled with charm - it feels really special and unique, everything has been lovingly maintained/ selected/ upgraded-- the bed and bedding were wonderful, room was quiet, with actual natural light in the bathroom for makeup (so rare in a hotel room!) and also maybe the only hotel shower door in the history of the planet that actually closes, and doesn't soak the whole floor. AND- the staff could not have been lovelier and more helpful: each and every one. I felt treated like a queen, not an annoyance. Aside from that, the location is perfect, easy walk to so many beautiful things, amazing restaurants and the cutest little vegan coffee shop next door.. and the (included!) breakfast is terrific. (You can also choose to upgrade it, but I felt no need.) Really can't say enough about how adorable the room was - I loved it on sight, didn't want to leave and will certainly be back. Found my place in Buda!

Nice welcome and check in, good information and map given. All personel friendly and chatty. Grand dlx dbl room excellent, good size, clean, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Umbrella to borrow. Nice continental breakfast with option to order hot dishes. We had a nice dinner there as well. Nr 16 bus comes every 10 minutes to bring you to the Pest side. Only 3 minute walk from Mathias church and Fisherman bastion. Nice, calm area with easy access to the other side.

This place was amazing and at the heart of Buda area. The hotel and rooms were spotless and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful and the area is quite and peaceful. The rooms were warm and well stocked with water and a mini fridge. Would definitely stay again if visiting Budapest.

This is a gem of a hotel - lovely personal touches by the staff (they couldn't have done more), great sized room and a lovely place to unwind after a hard day site-seeing. The food and bar were fab & the terrace was a sun trap.

I recently stayed at Maison Bristol and Hotel and overall, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The room was clean & spacious, loved the bathroom facilities, the bed was like sleeping on clouds extremely comfortable. Close to the restaurant and 24hr access to drink or meals. We were in the heart of the castle district perfect location we loved it.
