Well appointed clean and quiet room, comfortable bed and useful tea and coffee making facilities. Good menu choice for breakfast, helpful and efficient staff.
Very satisfied with the room, the hotel and the kind staff members! Modern and clean, would totally stay here again. Very close to metro which is awesome.
I had a really wonderful stay at this hotel. The stay was very quiet, the hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the restaurant located inside the hotel was a convenient location to eat at.
I initially booked the property to be close to the train station but surprisingly it had some great views of the castle. Close walking distance to the castle and the other landmarks to visit. Overall a great property with equally matched staff. I left for Vienna for 2 days and they held the luggage for me with no questions asked.
The property is nice, location is walkable to mall area, and Budapest castle area. Subway is 5 minutes walk away. The subway is not complicated like London other than the language. I used a map. Not much on this side but Historical buildings. If you want more you need to be on the pest side. Hotel is nice, but it could use Better cable, jo Netflix for English channels, and no microwave. Bring your own wash cloth. No place in Europe use them. They use a wash towel. Basically this is a quite area, not much happening here.
Room service is everyday, staff are nice. Budapest doesn't seem like a welcoming place for tourists, particularly Americans,. Most don't speak English and don't even try, they will simply ignore you. I spent 6 days to long in Budapest and won't return. But I was comfortable in my hotel. I would have stayed in the room most times, but could only find 2 channels in English, more movies at the theatre were in English than TV. Food is the same as all over Europe, it's all the same.
Clean, spacious room with plenty of surfaces for storage and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom which is always useful! Friendly staff and nice communal areas. Great location! Easy public transport links. The only thing that wasn’t great was the shower, which flooded the bathroom every time it was used. But a minor issue in this excellent hotel.
Very comfortable hotel with great breakfast and a nice bar, very well located (for us) next to Deli station and M2 Metro line, allowing easy access to the main areas of interest. Service was always very friendly and efficient.
Excellent hotel would definitely stay here again, great location. Only thing I would fault is their breakfast, despite contacting them twice to mention that I'm coeliac and would need separate food away from buffet.
Well located hotel. 10 minutes from Castle Hill (although it is a steep climb). Close to the subway station. Very good breakfast. The bathroom is very small.
