"The hotel is truly a 5+ star resort. The breakfast was incredible, the rooms more comfortable than I could imagine and the staff was so helpful friendly, and accommodating. I can not praise this property more and anytime my travels take me to Guilin this wull be the only hotel I will stay in. There is 2 restaurants 1 very comfortable and large bar a pools and absolutely beautiful grounds to stroll along with the peacocks that accompany you. They also have a travel agency on the premises that can quickly and bery economically provide you with transportation needs and sights you wish to see. I just cant say enough what a great time I had there abd the staff made it all possible"

"Centrally located. Four floors total. We got a nice view of the water facing the lake. Staff was extremely helpful and they go out of their way to help. Tip: get WeChat App and add the hotel contact and communicate with the language of your choice (ours: English). Breakfast was good but they don’t know how to make omelets which was disappointing! All in all great experience. Hotel manager: ask your chef to learn to make omelets."

"Exceptional service! The reception team was wonderful—always kind, attentive and happy to help. Even after checkout, they carefully arranged delivery of a toiletry bag we had left behind. The breakfast was very good, too. Their warmth and thoughtful care made our family’s stay truly special. Highly recommended!"

"Great stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our visit. The location couldn't be better — close to everything we wanted to see and easy to get around from. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was a highlight — good variety and quality to start the day right. A special shoutout to the local travel agency desk in the lobby — they gave us so much helpful advice on getting around and what to see, which made planning our days so much easier. It's a small touch that made a big difference to our trip. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!"

"Here's a review you can use: --- I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The staff and the owner were incredibly warm and welcoming—they went out of their way to help me book tickets for the local scenic spots and gave great recommendations for the best local food. The room was lovely, with a large floor-to-ceiling window that offered a stunning direct view of the mountains. Waking up to that scenery every morning was absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and authentic experience!"

"The hotel staffs are excellent and super kind. After checked out the hotel and I was on my to next city, I received a test message from the front desk staff and was told that I left a bag in the room I didn't even notice. They sent the bag to my next destination so I didn't need to worry about it. Unfortunately I didn't ask her name, but everyone works there deserved a hat off for the excellent job they've done."
