Pretty newly built holiday home for rent in Budoni, about 450 meters from the beach and a few steps from the main services of the town. The house is large and bright, finely furnished with modern style and consists of: spacious and welcoming living area consisting of a dining area with open kitchen and table with chairs and a living area with two sofas, TV and large window; a bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, 6-door wardrobe, dresser and mirror; a bedroom with two single beds and an additional pull-out bed, bedside tables, 3-door wardrobe and desk with chair and shelves; a bathroom with bidet, shower box and washing machine; a covered veranda equipped for outdoor dining; a beautiful garden with outdoor shower and private parking space. The house has cable TV, washing machine, clothesline, iron, kitchen utensils and small barbecue. It is an accommodation suitable for families with children, couples, groups of friends, max 5 people, ideal for spending a pleasant beach holiday. The house is located in the town of Budoni, a lively tourist resort on the north-east coast of Sardinia, and is located in a quiet position close to the beach and the center. The main beach is Baia Budoni, a 4 km sandy beach of fine white sand with clear blue water, it is about 450 meters from the house and can be easily reached on foot. Not far from the house there are various types of services and premises such as market, bar, restaurant, tobacconist, post office etc. On summer evenings the center of the town comes alive with markets, musical events, rides and shows of various kinds. There are various places and meeting places and it is possible to carry out various recreational and sporting activities. In the country you can easily move on foot but there are also bus and taxi services to reach the beaches and nearby places. The house is located about 30km from the port, airport and train station of Olbia. At 9km to the north is the town of San Teodoro with its renowned beaches and nightlife and at 8km to the south is the village of Posada, a village perched on a hill overlooking the sea. In the vicinity of Budoni you can make excursions to various places of interest such as Tavolara, Costa Smeralda, the archipelago of La Maddalena, naturalistic oases of the east coast, Gulf of Orosei, characteristic rural villages of the hinterland etc. Use of car for excursions is recommended, but public transport is also available. The holiday in Budoni is dedicated to the sea, relaxation, natural landscapes and fun.

Vanessa ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und großzügig. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber, nur die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist etwas unbequem.Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt in Budoni.

Wunderbare Zeit

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und gemütlich. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und wirklich schön, perfekt für entspannte Tage am Meer. Auch die Stadtmitte mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was sehr praktisch ist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und möchten uns nochmals herzlich bedanken!
