VILLA LA BELLA is the perfect place to spend your afternoons sipping a cocktail from a sun lounger while admiring the crystal clear waters on the sandy shore of Porto Ottiolu, Sardinia.
From the private terrace, french doors open to the living spaces, lending a lovely alfresco feel to the villa’s air conditioned interiors. The sumptuous lounge is ideal for sipping cocktails and enjoying each other's company in the ocean breeze. The light-filled kitchen is fully equipped and includes modern appliances, while the nearby dining table invites you to ocean-view feasts.
The bedrooms are wonderfully comfortable and serene, giving you ideal sanctuaries for private afternoons and restful nights.
At dinner, walk down to the harbour at one of the Porto Ottiolu's best beachfront restaurants. After, the vibrant towns of San Teodoro and Olbia are yours to explore and within an easy drive while Porto Cervo and Costa Smeralda are less than 1 hour away. World-class shops, art galleries, clubs, bars and sightseeing are found on nearly every corner here around.
A nice private swimming pool (5m x 3m) awaits you, located just outside the porch/veranda facing the sea.
Accessed via the exterior, there is a full bathroom offering a bathtub and a sensory shower
A rocky beach is located just over the garden of the villa and it is reachable in a 5 mins walk (see pics of the beach in the photo chart) while the sandy beach it is reachable on foot in 10 mins. This is a semi detatched property.

Una vista spettaculare!
Beautiful villa - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the sea.
Walked into Ottiolu every morning for coffee (it's a hilly walk) and explored lots of towns and beaches from this home base. Perfect weather was a bonus!

A Sardinian oasis
My husband and I stayed at the Villa for a week from October 4 to the 11th. We loved everything about the villa. It’s very comfortable, stylish, and well equipped. The separate spa bathroom is gorgeous. The location high above the village overlooking the Mediterranean was first rate. The unobstructed view from the patio and pool area of the ocean never cease to amaze me. Mario was always available if there were questions. The service was very good.
They want a thing I think that could be improved is better sheets and better pillows. We also noticed that the water didn’t get really really hot in the shower with a bathtub.

Can’t beat the views and peaceful area.
The house was very peaceful with beautiful views. The house was as seen in the pictures. The outside spa bathroom was a hit will all of the guest. The spa bathroom is located next to the outside shower off the patio with the dining room table. We used the grill which worked out well for our steaks and fish. Local grocery had very good meat. Great air flow with the windows open. Washer worked well. Air-conditioning in each room for those that prefer it,blows cold,useful at night when the bugs come out. Nice neighborhood. Can’t beat the views and peaceful area.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa La Bella. Die Aussicht war wundervoll. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war nahezu perfekt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Marina war problemlos. Vielleicht sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden, dass man nur über die Terrasse das zweite Badezimmer erreichen kann.

Wunderschöne Lage
Die kleine Villa ist eine Oase für das Auge und die Seele! Eine Location der Ruhe! Wir hatten traumhaftes Wetter und genossen den kleinen Pool mit der traumhaften Aussicht jeden Tag! Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir konnten uns richtig gut erholen! Gerne kommen wir wieder hierher!

Eine sehr schöne Villa mit erfrischendem Pool vor der Veranda
Eine sehr schöne Villa mit erfrischendem Pool vor der Veranda. Der Blick auf das mehr begeistert jedesmal aufs Neue, wenn man am Morgen die Terrasse betritt. Der Autostellplatz direkt am Haus ist sehr willkommen. Schön wäre es noch, wenn die Fenster Moskitonetze hätten, dann könnte man nachts die Fenster hinter den Fensterläden offen lassen. Aber Dank der Klimaanlage kann man die Zimmer schon tagsüber kühl halten. Marina hat tolle Tipps für gute Bäckereien in der Umgebung, allerdings fährt man zum nächsten Ort ca. 7 km. Insgesamt aber kein Problem, bei der Gelegenheit gleich den ersten Cappuccino im Straßencafé 😎 Grundsätzlich sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder, dann aber mindestens 2 Wochen! ☀️🏊♂️

We loved it!!
We loved the Villa la Bella which is exactly like her name 'bella'! Everything is as in the photos and the sea view was breathtaking. We miss it already and would love to come back one day. The communication was super easy and check-in and check-out fitted to our needs, thank you!
