"The property itself is beautiful, and overall we enjoyed our stay. However, the check-in experience could have been much better. We called ahead to let them know we would be arriving after the 3:00 p.m. check-in time and that we were already on our way, so we expected the room to be ready when we arrived. "Having a van pick you up and drop you off every time you need to leave the property is a hassle. Restaurant and bar is closed. Extremely dark to walk the pathways at night no light! Rooms are too small for the exaggerated price. No tv, no iron or ironing board. Don’t trust the faucet water there was corrosion and dirt coming out. It’s far from everything and no room service. Only good thing is the pool but way too pricey just for a pool."
