Hotel com estrutura muito bonita, valendo á pena pelo custo benefício, muito limpo porém com recepção muito escura, quase à luz de velas, dando impressão que estão economizando muito energia elétrica. O atendimento dos funcionários é decepcionante, mal olham na sua cara, quem dirá dar um bom dia com um sorriso. De quatro funcionarios que nos atenderam, fomos muito bem atendidos, com muita simpatia, pelo funcionário do restaurante. Percebi que os argentinos são bem fechados no geral, mas esperava um bom atendimento pelo menos por parte do hotel.

Itens a melhorar

O banheiro esta com azulejos caindo, não tem porta e o box acumula água nos pés durante o banho o ralo não da vazão suficiente, além de muito pequeno. Os colchões são de mola e estão velhos, não pode se virar muito na hora de dormir. Cofre muito antigo sem sistema eletrônico.

Very old....they don't have restaurant to attend on the night the furniture are old the blanket too they have different conection for chargers for cells they don't tell you …...about that you have to ask them to charge in the frontdesk and leave our cells in REEPCION

Unfortunatelly I don't have good things to say about this hotel. The building and the rooms were old and rusted. Our room was depreciated, the curtains and towels were dirty, the paperwall and the chair were torn, the air conditionair only worked up till medium streght (unberable to handle the heat), we couldn't close the windows and right next outside our window there was a power generator which'd make a loud noise 24/7, not to mention the terrible back view. The shower faucet was broken and the last and worst part were the cockroaches, we killed THREE of them inside the room. The room service was terrible. They wouldn't renew sheets at all. Our toilet basked was picked up TWICE in almost 2 weeks of stay. We complained at the reception and tried to move to another room, but the staff would stringing us along untill we gave up. And lastly, room service took up by mistake our personal towel which was at the toilet and never returned it back. It's very frustrating. I'm not coming back.

We liked the location of this property. Our check in went well. We were not pleased to find a puddle by the shower - there was a leak somewhere. Our fridge would not work. We notified front desk and nothing was done. Our air conditioning quit the first night and they never did get it fixed. I would not recommend this hotel.

Enganação! Hotel horrível e caro.

Ao chegar no Hotel, o ar condicionado não funcionou por 3 dias e no quarto dia funcionou de forma não satisfatória. O atendente da recepção informou que havia acontecido um problema no sistema de A/C. Me deram a suíte no 7º andar quarto 710, o ventilador de teto não funcionava e estava um calor absurdo dentro do hotel. O elevador entrou em manutenção no quarto dia. Tivemos que subir e descer o lance de escadas. A TV a cabo parecia pirata de tão ruim. Frigobar não estava gelando. As fotos enganam muito. Parece um hotel novo e renomeado, mas não passa de um pulgueiro velho. A localização é horrível, não recomendo. Fica a 30 min andando do centro de Buenos Aires. Enfim, uma das piores escolhas já feitas. A estadia foi horrível, o valor foi absurdamente alto e com uma péssima localização.
