Friendly staff and convenient location. However, the stay was disappointing overall. There was a very noisy AC unit next to the room, and the room itself was cold with no option to control the temperature individually due to the central cooling system. The mini fridge was also quite loud. The room lacked a table, and both the room and bathroom were in poor condition. The buffet breakfast is not such, since you have to ask a waiter for every item except coffee which is self service.

This hotel is convenient to the Burquebus and waterfront. It felt further away from the main attractions of BA. Continental breakfast was fine and complimentary. Staff were friendly, did not speak much English. The bathrooms were small and old but room was very clean. The bed was comfortable.

Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Due to flight delay we arrived about 14 hours later than anticipated. With only time for a quick shower and breakfast before we were off on a city tour.
