The Space:

Welcome to Leonardo Da Vinci Apartments! An elegant residential complex in the heart of Recoleta. We have taken over this beautiful since March 2026!



Our complex offers 30 spacious apartments with comfortable beds, private bathrooms, and kitchenettes. We guarantee impeccable cleanliness, a friendly check-in process, and high-speed Wi-Fi!



The building features an outdoor pool for your enjoyment during spring and summer. We will be adding a coworking space and gym in the coming months!



We offer complimentary luggage storage on arrival and departure days (subject to availability and arrival/departure time).



Please inquire about parking agreements with local parking facilities for those arriving by car.



Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.



The Neighborhood:

Recoleta is a residential neighborhood known for being one of the most exclusive and elegant areas of the city, and for its wide tree-lined streets, historic mansions, and green spaces. In it is the famous Botanical Garden and the Galileo Galilei Planetarium.



In addition, Recoleta is surrounded by other interesting neighborhoods such as Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood, which are famous for their nightlife, designer shops, bars and restaurants.



It is an ideal place for tourists looking to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of an elegant and sophisticated neighborhood, while being close to other tourist and entertainment venues in the city.



Getting Around:

Recoleta offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.



For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT Rentals, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
