We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
