Pro: Best location to move around Palermo and use Subte down to city centre. The building is great. Cons: Humidity in the room, mainly in windows and bathroom.

Loved the hot tub, terrace,, comfortable bed, working AC, full kitchen set up and location of hotel. Could use some improvement on number of towels per guest. American travelers should expect the shower to have water spraying onto the bathroom floor. There’s a drain for that if it gets flooded. And take your own trash out.

Great place with very friendly staff. The only minor downside was that I couldn’t store my bag in the building until my flight, but the rental team kindly offered to keep my luggage at their office just a 10-minute walk away. Overall a very positive experience — I would definitely stay here again

Excellent location! Two blocks away from Plaza Italia metro station and el Parque 3 de febrero. The room was quiet with a comfortable layout with defined spaces for lounging, eating, and sleeping. Appreciated the sunny, private balcony, full kitchen, and 8th floor access to the gym/pool.

I only stayed for two nights before a longer reservation on another platform started. I actually wish I would have just stayed at Nido. Large apartment, very well appointed, and reasonably quiet for being in a very busy location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and might even make it my default place in Buenos Aires.

Our requests from management were immediately accomplished. We stayed at one bedroom apartment. Some furniture needs to be refurbished but existing ones still in good condition. Location is excellent and safe. Dining options are good too.

The apartment is really nice. Location could not get any better. Too bad that the windows in the sleeping room are not sound proof. Because BA is a noisy city we went totally crazy with the loud noice. We were disappointed that we only got one towel change in our 12 day stay. Pay in mind that cleaning is limited.

The accommodation is in a very good location. We were attending a trade fair in Buenos Aires and the venue was within walking distance. It was great. The place is a bit busier, you don't get a full night's sleep, but we take that as a tax on how good a location it is. There was always a guard at the reception, but unfortunately never any receptionist or representative of the accommodation provider. Everything was handled only through WA. We repeatedly reported that there was a lot of mould in one of the rooms, it was all around the windows, on the curtains, it could be smelled everywhere in the room..., but no one ever responded to this complaint.

I absolutely love this place. I wish that I would have stayed here before. I will in the future. It is situated perfectly in Palermo. Everything you need is within one or two minutes. I am so close to parque -febrero 3. Checkin was so easy and communication with Nido was excellent. The room is super clean and very well equipped. This is a perfect place to stay.

Great apartment at the great location in Soho Palermo. Clean one bedroom apartment with everything one may need. There are plenty or restaurants and shops around. Easy to find , nice building with security.
