This property was perfect for us: great location, clean, good amenities, and gracious host in Ignacio who reached out before we arrived; personally took us to the suite and explained everything about the property; reached out during the stay to ensure we were happy and asked if we needed anything; and stored our luggage for the wait to go to the airport. We wouldn’t hesitate to use one of these properties again.

Ignacio and Guido could not have been more helpful. They recommended transfers from airport and looked after my luggage until the apartment was ready to check-in. They even moved my luggage from their office to the apartment. The apartment is perfectly located in Zen City, Puerto Madero. Ubers are easy to get and very cheap to get around. The Casa Rosada is only a 20 minute walk along the river. Lots of restaurants and cafes around and there is a supermarket across the street

10 out of 10. Hands down. The apartment is exquisitely decorated and fully equipped. The mattress, pillows and the linen are so good. It's been a long time I didn't rest so well. The location is safe, central and quite luxury. Puerto Madero is definetely the best neighborhood in Buenos Aires. The condo has a very modern gym and resort-type pools. There's also a bar inside where you can order something to eat or drink. You can even do room-service with them. The hosts were super nice and helpful. One of my best experiences in Expedia for sure.

The apartments are in a great location, lose to a lot of the attractions we were interested in seeing. Including the colonial ferry and hop on/off buss. Very communicative staff. Definitely recommend for the price

The apartment is in a great area for grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and walking. The dishes in the cupboard could have been cleaner, I did have to give the glasses a wash before using them.

Was checked into property and given the wrong room, which smelled strongly of mold and chemicals to hide the smell. The carpet in the bedroom was damp. Once the other party we were with let the host know we had gotten the wrong rooms, we switched keys and went to our correct room. The bed had a read bug and hair on it, the floor was filthy, and the kitchen was very outdated and not clean looking. We let the host know we were not happy with the accommodation and we did not get a response. We ended up submitting a claim with Expedia and did not stay in the room. The pictures are very deceiving and the entire process was weird.

AMAMOS a hospedagem, apartamento MARAVILHOSO, localização ótima também, fomos almoçar a pé, em cafeteria a pé, supermercado do lado, cassino a pé, o bairro é perfeito, os anfitriões super solicitos, o chão do banheiro é aquecido!!!! Que surpresa maravilhosa que foi para nós, super silencioso o apartamento, super confortável com certeza nós voltaremos, a única coisa que foi negativa era o cheiro forte de cigarro que tinha, além disso, impecável! Obrigada por todo cuidado!

Apartamento muito bem localizado no Puerto Madero. Quarto do casal com carpete que parecia estar sujo, faltou passar um aspirador. Alguns rodapés estragados. Estava bem equipado e atendeu as necessidades básicas. Café da manhã é um voucher que você utiliza em uma cafeteria a uns 50m do prédio, precisa atravessar uma avenida. Café muito fraco, não recomendo. Atendimento do pessoal de acordo. Não voltaria.
