Fair price. Fair stay. Location great. The only problem is the restaurant down stairs. The lobby smells like fish. They need to do a better job at controlling the kitchen smell.

they can do better

the staff was great. They helped us to move from a room that was on top of a restaurant kitchen making sleeping in that room impossible. They were very attentive and cooperative. Breakfast was good but tow blocks away, in a place that has a fool blown restaurant working day and night and several coffee shops on the same block. The whole place smells either like fish or anything else the restaurant is cooking. That is a complete horror experience.

The apartment is great, everything very clean and new. The staff is friendly and ready to help anytime. But the WiFi is really bad, the connection breaks down all the time and can’t handle some websites. I had to use my mobile data the whole travel.

The building is doing very comprehensive construction!!!! So do not stay here unless you are very hard of hearing or, as in my case, you were unaware of this situation and bought the stay due to the deal…The noise is constant (except at night), and the energy went off for a few hours at one point in the middle of the day…light, wifi & water…Although all said, I still had a passable stay in this Top Rental location, and I appreciate the great considerateness of the front of house & cleaning staff for their help & kindness and effort with communication.

Muito bom. Me responderam rápido quando perguntei sobre o checkin que foi excelente. Aplicativo funcionou, mas tinha alguém na recepção para dar a orientação. Quarto amplo, com varanda e o básico na cozinha. Vizinhança excelente e cheio de opções. Perto do Monumetal de Nuñez e do Barrio Chino.

Apartamento conforme as imagens. Checkin rápido e fácil. Cheguei perto de meia-noite e tudo ocorreu sem problemas. Região aparentemente silenciosa, com supermercados, western union e outros pontos de primeira necessidade. Cama confortável, ar quente, amenidades completas. O boas-vindas foi ótimo. Foi apenas uma noite e causou boas impressões. O aeroparque fica pertinho. Ideal para quem tem conexão longa e quer descansar/dormir um pouco. Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar.
