All the staff was great!! My stay could not have been better. From the minute I arrived everybody was lovely and helpful. Room was excellent and the cleaning ladies were not only lovely, but kept my room spotless throughout my whole stay.

The location is excellent close to everything with many restaurants within walking distance. Staffs are friendly and the breakfast is decent. Only negative part is the noise from the bar adjacent to the property

This hotel is located next to Recoleta Cemetary and is close to parks. The neighborhood is safe, clean and beautiful. The only thing we don't like is that the music played by the bars or restaurants underneath the hotel was loud during the night till 2 AM.

This hotel is conveniently located and adjacent to the cemetery, making walking the Recoleta neighborhood very easy. The common area is minimal and small, but the rooms are very adequate and clean. I had a suite that had a street view and it was a bit noisy at night from the restaurants and bars below. Everything in the room worked and was updated. The breakfast offered a nice variety. I would stay here again.

Excellent location. The hotel is across from the cemetery and within walking distance from parks, shopping, dining and so much more. The room was huge and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff is absolutely amazing and super helpful, friendly and they do an outstanding job. There are two things I didn't like: super small and non functional trash cans in the room and bathroom, very old and stained towels. I usually don't take my towel with me because I stay in high rated hotels and this one the first hotel with not pleasant towels, you could see stain on almost gray towels ( originally supposed to be white)

Great Hotel in perfect location.

I had an excellent stay at Urban Suites Recoleta. Diego was very helpful; room was huge and comfortable at nice rate. No complaints. I would definitely stay here again. I love the neighborhood, which central seemingly near enough to everything in town.

Great location in Recoleta—lots of outdoor dining & just across from the famous cemetery where Eva Peron is buried. Staff here are excellent & helpful & the breakfast buffet is outstanding. Our room had a balcony, which was an additional bonus, looking over the street scene & cemetery wall out front. Recommend it!

The breakfast was ok, nothing great. Room was large and spacious. The rooftop patio was great, really nice to sit up there and relax. Staff was amazing! They went out of their way to accommodate an early check in and late check out for us.

The lifts were dated but if that’s the only thing noticed that could use a tune up….i think you done very well. Enjoyed my stay. Walked the neighborhood day and night always feeling comfortable and safe. Staff were great.
