Make sure your room is not near the ice machine. The rooms look nice, but have no sound proofing whatsoever. You can hear neighbors flush their toilets and cough in their rooms. If you are near the ice machine it will keep you up OR wake you up during the night. I would never stay here again.

Staff was nice. I have not stayed at this location in about 6 years but I used to stay there very often for work. Returning to this hotel it was noticeable that some larger scale improvements and refreshing might be needed. The plumbing seemed to have back-up issues and our rooms wallpaper needs to be addressed (gross stains). Environmental control (we were there in the winter) was constantly fighting to maintain room temperature and it was loud and uncomfortable with cool periods and then sudden blasts of heat.
