I do like a fact that they don't take a security deposit for my pet. But I do have to say that the floors were extremely filthy and because I have OCD was cleanliness I had to clean the whole place to my liking. Other than that it was good for the price

Staff: Every staff member that I spoke with was professional and very friendly. No complaints here. Check out is at 11am. Exterior: Parking is Free. This place provides ample parking and the parking lot is well lit at night. Grounds and the exterior of the building need a lot of work- when we stayed there was maintenance working all day. If this place is renovating management needs to take a look at the work being done and make sure it is completed adequately. The outside of this building needs a lot of TLC. I don't think there is any elevator to the second floor. So if you visit and use a wheel chair ask for a bottom floor room. Deposit: No room deposit, they just ask for a credit card to keep on file for incidentals. Internet: This hotel offers free Wifi though every device we tried to connect wouldn't connect or if we did get it to connect it wouldn't stay connected. Pets: Pets Welcome! Please see their website for Pet Policies. Bugs: We did not see any bugs in the room. The room: #26 was a disaster! Poorly renovated if it even was renovated. Damp and the beds were uncomfortable.

The most disgusting place we’ve ever stayed. Beds clearly not changed from last guest. Dirty, room smelled like cigarette smoke, garbage around the facility and people partying and making a lot of noise until after 1:00am. We felt very unsafe. Swipe cards to rooms weren’t working so the one staff had to run around and let everyone into their rooms. The only positive thing about this place is the staff was friendly. Was way over priced and the pictures online look nothing like to actual facility. Do not stay here! Would rather sleep in my car.

This property is an absolute sh*thole now! Pre-covid is was our family's favourite Buffalo hotel. Clean rooms, great amenities and friendly helpful staff. We had stayed there at least 4x. Now I would prefer a prison cell over a room. We asked for a extra pillow at the desk. They claimed they don't have any. Our room was beside a unit that was condemned (one of multiple on the property). There was no office chair at the desk. No second single chair in the room. No washcloths, a broken microwave and we had to go back to the desk to get a roll of toilet paper. Which we were met with indignation about as well! There is no PLUS at this location. The owners should be forced to stay in it for a week (assuming the don't catch a biohazard) exposure. A complete unprofessional joke!
