You’ll also be about 10–15 minutes from Downtown Buffalo and 20–25 minutes from Niagara Falls, giving you convenient access to both Buffalo and the Falls.

Quiet Hours: Because this is a classic Victorian home with original hardwood floors, some normal household sounds may travel between floors. We kindly ask guests on both levels to observe quiet hours and respect our residential neighbors.

No Parties or Events: Parties, unauthorized events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.

No Smoking / No Pets: Smoking inside the home is prohibited, and pets are not allowed.

Events Elsewhere Are Welcome: If you’re visiting Buffalo for a wedding, graduation, family gathering, sporting event, or other celebration elsewhere in the area, you’re very welcome to stay here — the event itself simply cannot be hosted at the property.
