On the ground floor, you will find a generous living and dining room of 45 m2, complete with satellite TV, DVD player, and air conditioning, offering direct access to both the garden and the terrace. An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this level, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with its own exit to the terrace as well. A separate WC is also available on this floor for added convenience.

On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms are arranged to provide comfortable and private sleeping quarters. The first bedroom features a dressing room and 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm each, accompanied by a full bath and WC, as well as air conditioning.
