The beautifully furnished living and dining area measures 45 square meters and includes a satellite TV with a flat screen, a DVD player, and air conditioning. This area opens up to the garden and terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with an exit to the terrace. There is also a separate guest bathroom on this level.
