Wir waren für 2 Nächste im Hunguest Bük Hotel. Hotel, Zimmer, Essen, Personal war total ok, aber die Therme selbst ist schon sehr alt und müsste dringend komplett renoviert werden! Hier ist wahrscheinlich noch nie etwas erneuert worden. Das Wasser selbst ist aber sehr angenehm heiß und man kann ewig im Wasser bleiben und genießen.

Wir waren schon einige Male im Hotel. Dieses Mal waren alle Automaten für Mineralwasser Saft Cola vor dem Restaurant weggeräumt. Wir könnten weder vor dem Thermenbesuch noch danach ein Glas Wasser trinken. Ich kann ja nicht im Bademantel zur Bar gehen um mir ein Glas Wasser zu holen. Ein großes Minus

Das Hotel ist von sich okay oder nein renoviert aber der Service Restaurant ist sehr schlecht. Die Tische werden viel zu spät abgeräumt. Die Kaffeemaschinen sind so eingestellt, dass man sehr lange Schlange stehen muss.

Matig. Zeker voor de prijs verwacht je meer. Kamer was anders dan op de foto, gedateerd. Vieze lucht op de kamer, wasbak liep niet goed weg. Als iemand het toilet doortrekt hoor je het door muur heen naar beneden komen. Buffet savonds matig. Ontbijt daarentegen prima. Geen 4 sterren waard is mijn mening.

Wir waren schon öfters in der Unterkunft und waren immer begeistert. Im grossen und ganzen hat dieses mal auch alles gepasst. Was uns jedich gestört hat war das bei einem Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten nie das Bett gemacht wurde, es wurden lediglich die Handtücher im Bad gewechselt. Desweiteren wurde eine Massage über 60 Minuten gebucht und bezahlt, jedoch dauerte diese nur 50 Minuten.

All in all we really liked our experience at the hotel! The hotel design is really nice and modern and the food selection for each meal was quite good. The Bükfürdö Therme was included in the room price and is connected via a short hallway, which is great. Not too many glutenfree food options! (e.g. no cereal for example, same dessert for 2 days in a row for each meal) Some meals had wrong allergy information. The thermal spa area has a strong smell because of the healing water, so you have to get used to the smell (not the hotels fault!). The thermal spa itself is definitly worth a visit because of their many pools and large, beautiful park area. Some staff members have been unmotivated, but it was okay. Would definitly stay there again!

Das Hotel ist in der Preisklasse wirklich empfehlenswert. Alles sauber freundliches Personal. Schöner Speisesaal und reichlich Auswahl an guten Speisen. Allerdings sollte eine Person am Platz bleiben falls man etwas vom Buffet nachholt, ansonsten ist der Tisch mitsamt halbvollen Getränken abgeräumt. Kommen aber wieder gerne.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Der Spa und Wellnessbereich wird umgebaut. Es wurde uns die Benützung des Wellnessbereiches von Hotel Repce angeboten. Es war wohl ein Witz. Der Bereich ist zu klein für Gäste von zwei Hotels. Der Außenbecken mit dem Heilwasser in der Therme ist auch wegen Renovierung geschlossen.Diese Informationen sollen groß gedruckt in der Beschreibung des Hotels stehen, man würde nicht buchen.
