"The only problem is lately the air cond is not cold even though we have set the thermostat to 16°C.
Please maintain the aircond units properly. Please don’t control the settings from your control room to 24°C. We have paid for the room and some of us love 16°C."

"When to celebrate my birthday and stay for 3day2night.Although they didn’t arrange anything surprise birthday cake but I still like the room and the staff was friendly.i decide to extend one more night.last day of my stay I go to enjoy the hotel spa,the front staff of the spa was very patient and helpful to explain the package,and also recommended the couple massage with Hi-tea beside the pool after massage.We are very enjoy it and also fully recommend it.will be definitely going back stay when...
