Staff are expectional always pleasant polite and friendly extremely helpful with any needs. Rooms are extremely clean and spacious and cleaned daily.. Decor could be updated in some areas and rooms we did see modernisation happening in some rooms. Meals are putstmading and huge portions for reasonable prices

Amazing. We were upgraded to a honey moon suite, they decorated our room and given goodies jumper. I am Very grateful of the extra mile they took to make our day spacial. Hospitality is on top notch. Very professional.

Nice clean But could use the Upgrade.

I like the hotel. The lobby was nice. The dining area was lovely. The staff was fantastic. However, they could use an up grade a bit. My first morning there I couldn’t take a shower because the water ran out Brown, now I know it’s not their fault, but I couldn’t take a nice hot shower. Also, the buffet, very expensive. I think $30 for a buffet is way too expensive. Also, there needs to be a working phone number. I tried to call multiple times for days to get a shuttle to pick me up to bring me to the hotel. I couldn’t reach the hotel at all.
