"The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. "I spent 2 nights with my family (2 adults 2 kids 8 and 10 yo). The houses were built in high quality materials and attention was w to the fournitures design. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. There is even a bath 🛁 the bed is surrounded by a full mosquito net which makes it very comfortable to sleep under. One doesn’t feel the net. "The property is just as described... four cozy A-Frames (5th being built), owned and operated by a very lovely family. Highlights: The gardens and home cooking are every bit as good as all the other reviews attest! We also enjoyed the jungle trek. Challenges: It's hard to criticize a place when the cost is so low. But worth noting a couple of points; A/ this place is very remote! Best if you have your own transportation (bike). Grab is about 200k to the Munduk waterfall trek each...
