"I stayed in one of the annex it would be nice if they have a broom because sands stays in our footwear and makes the floor too messy. Philippines is hot and having an ice in the room so you can have a cold would be nice to get some ice you have to go to the main building is such a hassle no phone in the room to ask for room service. All staff were outstanding"

From front desk staff Jan and Larry to the breakfast team, everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. You can really tell their team communicates well with each other because everything felt smooth, organized, and convenient for guests from check-in to check-out. "This resort is incredible. The staff were incredibly attentive and very knowledgeable. We met the owner Jason and he is an incredibly gracious host. He was very helpful and kind. He had a special dinner for us which was an incredible mix of Korean Filipino hybrid foods. We will definitely come and stay here again. It is about a 30 minute walk (5-6 min in a tricycle “tuk tuk”) from the proper town. Customer service was above and beyond. "
