CASA ANA: Very quiet with garden and pool to relax

  • It is a quiet one storey villa with lots of light and panoramic windows in the village of Seville, Burguillos, just 25 minutes drive to the beautiful Andalusian capital.

    The villa is located in the heart of the village with all amenities. Burguillos has about 6.000 inhabitants, and therefore, it has all the services at its disposal, including many bars and restaurants that can be walked from the house, which is located right in the center of the village.

    It offers a veranda and a large green garden, which is covered with natural grass, with a nice private swimming pool, away from any neighbours' prying eyes, for cooling down on hot summer days, with fruit trees (grapes, oranges, plums or pears will be available for you) and an ecological kitchen garden, sun loungers, barbecue, tables and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors.

    Although It is close to the bustling and cultural city of Seville, It is a perfect choice for a beautiful holiday full of rest and relaxation after long walking tours.

    The villa is fully furnished and well equipped. It has a spacious living room and dining room. The living room includes a large screen TV and international channels and there is free WIFI throughout the entire property.

    Buses are available every day to the capital.

Ideal for my family. Had everything you could need and host was very helpful if we needed anything. Ideal location, restaurants supermarket gym nearby and Seville not too far away.

What a lovely place to spend three weeks! Our host was very proactive and hospitable. The house was super clean, beds were very comfortable and the outdoor area heavenly!

Wonderful!

Very nice property, immaculate garden and close to Sevilla. Ana was wonderful and helped us enjoy our trip. We would definitely return to this lovely house!

Wat een heerlijke ontvangst, koele biertjes in de koelkast en alles aanwezig voor een lekker ontbijt. En als de zon dan op is gekomen wordt in een keer duidelijk wat een paradijselijke tuin er aan de woning vast zit. En daar groeit van alles in de kruidentuin, maar de sensatie zijn toch wel de sinaasappelen; de lekkerste die we ooit gegeten hebben. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, je kunt er helemaal je eigen draai aan geven en zelfs olie en balsamico staan te wachten om op een fijne frisse salade in het zonnetje opgepeuzeld te worden!

Beautiful Villa

Great facilities, more than expected. WiFi throughout the property and parking was outside the property or in the garage. The pool was a welcome treat especially with the very hot weather. The village and shops were all walking distance and the bigger supermarkets a short drive away. 30 mins from Seville which is a beautiful place to visit. All in all a fantastic experience

Great villa

All our communication with Ana was brilliant. The villa is spacious, all on one floor, comfy beds.The outdoor space is amazing too,wonderful pool, tables and chais,even a hammock and swinging chair.

Escape

We wanted a base to explore Seville and this was perfect. Wonderful relaxing garden with swimming pool. 30 minutes in to Seville using the local bus service or Uber. Thank you to Ana for a stress free holiday and we will be back

Fantastic property. We had such a lovely holiday. The garden is truly superb, so much so that we spent the majority of our holiday here. The place is spotless, and the owner could not have been more helpful from the time of booking until departure. It is all the little touches that make a difference. On arriving after a long day of travel, it was lovely that there was milk, juice, eggs, bread etc. I thoroughly recommend this house without reservation, in a town, but you wouldn't know it, so quiet in the garden.

Peaceful oasis

The house was exactly as described and the pictures are good. The booking was easy and it’s c30minutes from Seville airport. An easy drive (but do check the map carefully since there is a key right turn just after the roundabout in Burguillos). For us the garden was the perfect spot warm sheltered and really peaceful while the house would be a welcome retreat when it gets too hot outside.

Lovely oasis in quiet town.

Perfect week in great property. Close to other properties but not overlooked. Beautiful pool and garden area. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable beds, immaculately clean. Very useful utility, outdoor toilet and shower area. Perfectly cool inside the house. Ana provided great basic foods and drinks - very much appreciated.

Exquisita!

Ana fue una anfitriona maravillosa! Nos recibió con vino, frutas frescas y algunas compras por que llegábamos noche! La casa tenía olor a perfume lo cual me hizo sentir bienvenida y como me mi propio hogar. Todo muy limpio y acogedor. La gente del pueblo muy amable. Recomiendo El mesón de Cristóbal cerca de la parada del bus- por cierto, el transporte fácil de entender y tomar hacia Sevilla en caso que no manejen. Les va a encantar!

A lovely oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Casa Ana. It is a lovely spacious house with a beautiful garden and pool. There are several shaded seating areas in the garden and it is a wonderful place to relax after a busy, hot day out. Seville is a 30 mins drive and Jerez and Cordoba are close enough for a longer trip. Communication with Ana was first class and we very much appreciated the food and drink supplies she provided. Thank you Ana!

Notre séjour restera inoubliable. Tout était parfait : le logement, la ville et ses alentours. Et par-dessus tout, notre hôte a fait preuve d’une gentillesse sans fin, avec une communication claire, rapide et toujours attentionnée.La maison était très propre, parfaitement équipée et décorée avec goût, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir immédiatement à l’aise. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions laissées à notre arrivée, qui ont rendu l’accueil encore plus chaleureux.La localisation est idéale, proche de tout ce dont nous avions besoin, tout en restant au calme pour profiter pleinement de nos vacances.Un immense merci à María pour sa disponibilité, son sourire et son hospitalité exceptionnelle. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés et espérons pouvoir revenir très bientôt !

An oasis in the heart of Andalusia

Quiet in August, very clean and very well equipped, it's an oasis 30 mn from Sevilla, 1h30 from Cordoba, Arcos de la Frontera or Cadix. Ana is a delighful host, professional and very informative. Location is exactly the same as the photos. Several minimarkets and restaurants in Burguillos and a Marcadona supermarket in 10mn by car. Highly recommended !!

Très agréable séjour chez Ana

Maison impeccable. Joli jardin. Vous y serez comme chez vous. Ana est disponible. Il y a plusieurs supermarchés et restaurants (pas testé pour ma part) et les habitants sont très sympas et serviables. Séville est à 30 minutes en voiture et facile d'accès. Chez Ana pas de problème de parking non plus. Rue calme.

Apreciation

On ne savait pas je la deuxième salle de bain était à l extérieur de la maison . On a toujours eu un espace de stationnement possible ce qui est excellent. Par contre le matelas de la chambre avant aurait besoin d être changé,il était impossible de coucher à deux dedans.La maison est très propre et accueillante . Nous avons passé un bon séjour

Perfect break

Casa Ana is every bit as good as it looks in the pictures. We arrived to find the house and garden in immaculate shape and had a really relaxing and peaceful week. Plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby with amazing local ingredients meant lots of delicious dinners in the garden looking out over the pool. Great mix of sun and shade in the garden and house nice and cool even in the heat. Seville only a short trip away. Real attention to detail from the owner to ensure that everything we needed was easily available and seamless communication. Would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely villa, in a town with a pool

We thought we were looking for the impossible when we searched for something near Seville, with a garden and pool, in a town and enough room forseveral generations from 8 month old baby to 87 year old great-granma. This is perfect! Beautifully clean, well-equipped and the many shady seating areas in the garden were very welcome. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough. The owner(?) Ana was really easy to deal with and extremely helpful, leaving us a welcome food parcel and suggesting local restaurants to eat at and places to visit too. One of the best we have ever been to.
