The room was clean but the bed sheets were dirty. The towel provided had a huge hole in it. Staff do not understand English at all and its very hard to communicate with them and they put the phone down when they don’t understand. They don’t make any effort to follow up or to try and use a translation service. I did not find the staff helpful at all. However free breakfast was provided and i didn’t have any complaints about this. There was a good selection of foods to choose from. Overall the hotel was not bad as i was only there for a short stay. However would not recommend for a long stay. The hotel also does not provide any ironing services.

Otelin konumu genel olarak çok iyiydi, merkezi olması büyük avantajdı. Ayrıca güzel bir balkonu vardı ve resepsiyondaki çalışan da yardımcı ve ilgiliydi. Ancak keşke otelin içi biraz daha bakımlı olsaydı. Oda içindeki bazı detaylar yıpranmıştı; özellikle lavabo ve banyodaki musluklar düzgün çalışmıyordu ve bu konuda sıkıntı yaşadık. Ayrıca otel sokak içinde olmasına rağmen dışarıdan çok fazla ses geliyordu, sanki doğrudan sokakta oturuyormuşuz gibiydi; pencerelerde neredeyse hiç ses yalıtımı yoktu. Biz yalnızca 1 gece konakladığımız için çok sorun etmedik, ancak daha uzun konaklamalarda bunlar ciddi rahatsızlık yaratabilir. Potansiyeli olan bir yer, biraz bakım ve yenilemeyle çok daha iyi olabilir.
