"A clean and well-stocked flat in a very convenient location. Great appliances that all worked. A clean, comfortable bed and comfortable sitting area. Possibly the best VRBO we have encountered. If we had to point out limitations we would say the shower is a little small and it was odd that there were only 3 dinner forks but both would be a little nit-picky considering the overall quality of the flat!"

"I understand the rental was new, so there's some scope for improvement, but we got off to a bad start when I booked the property but was then told the pictures did not relate to the flat available. After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. The flat needed...

The Packhorse Inn was a very pleasant inn to stay at for my business trip! The room itself was well air conditioned and the amenities were very comfortable. Any extras needed such as ironing board, etc were readily available from the staff. Had breakfast and supper multiple evenings of my trip and always enjoyed them throughly. Generous portions and reasonable pricing. The inn itself is located next to a quiet and quaint village which is a short few minute drive into Newmarket which is loaded...

Riverside Inn

I have stayed before, both times in room 4. It's perfect for a solo traveler like myself. The quirk of this room is that it has a private bath, but it's across they hall, and keyed as the room is. I don't mind--I like quirks. Some might. The breakfast is lovely. Buffet style, though the server brings along tea or coffee, whatever you wish. It's also in a lovely location, right along the river. A view of the narrowboats. :D New since my last stay: AC!

The Royal Standard

Ely

10/10 Excellent

We only had a one night stay while we took in a show in Ely. The staff were really happy and helpful. A small boutique establishment but steeped in history. Although there was maintenance work going on it didn't detract from a lovely experience, the whole building was still immaculately clean. Room was beautiful, I believe that all the rooms are individually styled and ours certainly had a little wow factor. It's also a great location to explore the beautiful city and all it has to offer.
