"Bonjour, couple en voyage à Menton pour 2 nuits en septembre 2026. L'endroit est bien situé, les installations et l'appartement était propre et complet. Il y avait pas mal tout ce que nous y avions besoin pour passer un beau séjour. Nous avons vécu un petit enjeu avant notre arrivé et mention spéciale à Clément qui nous a aidé sans aucune hésitation. Encore merci pour l'aide, cela a fait la différence (positive) dans notre mésaventure. Le seul point que je dirais à améliorer, c'est la communication. De notre côté, nous avions réservé via Expedia. Nous avons reçu la confirmation via l'application et à ce moment, on reçoit un message qui doit nous transmettre toute les informations pour notre arrivé. Malheureusement le lien ne fonctionnait pas. À quelques reprises, j'ai écrit des messages qui sont restés sans réponse. J'ai communiqué avec la compagnie Pierre & Vacances Résidence via le Messenger sur la page Facebook, nous avons discuté avec Émilie. Elle disait qu'on devait téléphoner à l'établissement et je lui ai répété à quelques reprises que nous n'avions pas de téléphone fonctionnel en Europe. Elle me répondait en me donnant le # de téléphone de l'établissement. Sans téléphone fonctionnel, il est difficile d'annoncer notre hre d'arrivé. Passé 19h00, ils mettent votre clé dans une petite boite à l’accueil mais difficile de connaitre le code si vous ne téléphonez pas. Néanmoins, je retournerais dans cet établissement sans aucune hésitation, même qu'on le recommande :)"

"This is a fantastic property, you feel you are still in 1890 with the interior kept to that standard and time. Wonderful seating areas with a 1900 bar make you feel Poirot will come around a corner. "From check-in to checkout, our experience at Hotel Paradiso was wonderful. I was immediately taken with the charm and beauty of the property. If Sanremo itself weren’t so charming, I might never have left—except for the beach, which the staff kindly helped us reserve! The pool, the food and, above all, the staff made our stay feel special. Our room was on the smaller side, but it opened onto a lovely veranda with a beautiful statue standing with her back to us, gazing out toward the sea. It’s one of those details that stays with you long after you’ve returned home. Hotel Paradiso was a beautiful part of our time in Sanremo. We would absolutely return."

"This is a lovely hotel and the best Best Western I’ve EVER stayed in. If you have the budget, I would definitely recommend getting a sea view room though. My “mountain view” was at ground level and basically overlooked the street. That said, it was IMMACULATELY clean and new and very comfortable despite being quite small. Good breakfast. The location is a bit of a schlepp to old town Menton and the old port. It’s actually more Roquebrune-cap-martin than Menton TBH. A very good hotel though!"

Not very far from Old Town for evening walks. We didn’t book breakfast but little bar downstairs was lovely to come back to on the evening."
