The apartment spans 44 m² and can accommodate up to two people. It’s lovingly designed and features a spacious bedroom as well as a cozy living room where you can relax and unwind. An additional highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or dinner al fresco. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a glass-ceramic cooktop, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and all the kitchen utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.

The dining area and the sofa nook in the living room invite you to spend time together. Here, you can wind down your evenings in comfort after an eventful day on the coast. Two TVs provide entertainment, and thanks to free Wi-Fi, you’ll always stay connected even while on vacation.

The bathroom is modern and practical, featuring a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. A hair dryer and a makeup mirror provide additional comfort. The entire apartment is smoke-free and equipped with underfloor heating, so even cool days are pleasantly warm.

Another convenient feature is shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as a private parking space, which ensures a stress-free arrival by car. There’s also an e-bike charging station nearby, perfect for active travelers who want to explore the picturesque surroundings by bike.

The entire house was extensively modernized and renovated in 2019.

It received a new roof, new windows, doors, flooring, bathrooms, etc. All apartments have been modernly furnished with new furniture. The outdoor area has been redesigned.

There are 6 exclusive apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms. All apartments feature high-quality designer flooring. All apartments have new bathrooms—some with natural light—completely new furnishings, and new kitchens equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave (some as a combination unit), etc. All apartments are non-smoking.

A shared washer and dryer, as well as bicycle storage—including charging stations for e-bikes—have been provided.
