"Very Friendly staff. Room was HUGE but a little outdated. Bedroom area was clean (sheets were white and not stained), no stains on carpet, furniture or comforters. Bathroom was ok, but could use a major deep clean and replacement of towels. They were all stained brown - yuck! There was no light on the sign out front, and I almost drove past it. Although they cannot control it - it was noisy with the traffic. It was very affordable so I would consider staying here again."

"We had such a nice time staying here. We loved that were able to bring our dogs. The house was clean and well stocked. The video games were fun for a family night. Bonus rooms in the basement that is being renovated. The house is close to the road, but there is a nice backyard and a path to a beautiful creek. The host was always available for questions and concerns. I can't say enough about how relaxing this place was. Thank you for sharing your house with us!!!"

"Wonderful location right on Pine Creek, set back from the road and very relaxing. We like to travel with our dog so it was wonderful that he was permitted to join us! The PA Rail Trail is just steps away and offers a safe location to walk for both humans and pets. The initial arrival was somewhat confusing as there are 2 buildings on the same property. This one cannot be seen from the parking area but it is 50 yards to the left. The host provides garden carts to help transport luggage, etc. I believe it is time for a little TLC - some paint on the interior & a deep cleaning of the carpets & furniture which are showing their wear would give a nice fresh feeling to the space. Functional kitchen with utensils, plates, cups, etc. provided. Be sure to bring sugar, oil, coffee filters, etc. as these items are not supplied. A dining table in lieu of the provided island would be a nice swap for families when the weather does not permit eating outdoors. The bathroom has wonderful water pressure - a must for us when traveling. All in all a lovely escape & we would love to return to again. Thanks for having us!"

"Toni was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Our only real issue would be the carpet on the stairs and the 2nd level--it is in need of a shampoo or being replaced. Better lighting in the bedrooms upstairs would have been helpful (that is something maybe only we would appreciate as we have an individual in our party that has low vision)Overall our stay was enjoyable and believe we will stay again in the future."

"Don’s cabin was great! It was my family’s first time out in that area and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the peace and quiet the cabin provides, making fires every night in the fire pit, and yet having the small luxury of WiFi so we could enjoy rooting for the Phillies on the tv! It was extremely clean and organized. We enjoyed exploring Overlook falls, and horseback riding with Tioga Trail Rides! Don was always easy to get a hold of as well! Thank you again!"
