I always have a great time here. I do want to point out the on point services a general perfect attitude of the person that hosted me during check in. I think her name was Richelle. I feel bad for forgetting her name but she was stellar, extremely polite and the model of customer service I expect. Outstanding is this person. Hospitable, professional, and knows her job well. She deserves a raise. Please commend her on a wonderful job. Thank you.

I had a pleasant stay thanks to the courteous staff and the affordable room rates. The only downside was the nonrefundable booking, which caught me off guard. Overall, it was a great experience!

Good budget hotel connected to a mall.

This hotel was very good for the price. It's not fancy, but the room was comfortable. The staff were great and helpful. It's connected to a mall with several restaurants. I would stay again.

I always stay in this hotel whenever I arrived late in the afternoon or at night at the Butuan airport. The hotel is attached to Robinsons Mall, so it was very convenient to go shopping for groceries first and bring them to my ultimate destination,

We literally walked into the mall, where the hotel is located and into the hotel and up into our room. With a 5 year old, 3 year old and 11 year old in tow, this Hotel is super convenient, just a short stroll from the bus terminal adjacent to the mall. Imagine being tired from travel only to walk right into your hotel room. This is why I choose this Hotel which is the epidemy of convenient. Its Clean, staff are friendly, and the over all experience is on par with any hotel. Was pleased with the ceiing mounted show head which gave us a hot shower with that rain experience. Thanks for everything Go!! This Juan is masaya!!

I guess through no fault of theirs the hotel was damaged by a recent earthquake making the elevators unusable. This meant that we had to walk up the stairs to our room on the 4th floor. As I am in the unfortunate position of having a painful left knee the climb up many sets of stairs was quite uncomfortable, luckily some staff were available to carry our bags up for us. The room was what we expected, quite small but we were only there for one night so it was adequate and the big bed was comfortable. Being part of the Robinsons Mall meant we were not short of places to eat and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We will probably stay there again sometime and hopefully the elevators will be fixed.

Great price located at the mall and only a mile or so to the other mall. It's a really solid hotel for foreign travelers. Easy access to transportation including taxis to and from the airport. Staff is very helpful. Not luxury but great beds. Water pressure is not great but adequate. I've stayed there many times and I recommend it.

Convenient location

No hot water in the shower. Bathroom floor is slick when wet. Be careful. There is pottable water in the hallway. Convenient location at a mall and not far from the Airport

It's a clean modern hotel with no complaints about the facility or staff. I wanted a hotel close to the airport with a good bed and shower at a reasonable price. This property fulfilled all requirements and then some. Despite being close to the elevator the room had enough sound insulation that it wasn't a problem including the talking of other guests. The only issue has nothing to do with the property, but something to be aware of. The local tricycle drivers are charging foreigners outrageous (for the Philippines) prices for short trips. Like I can get a bus ticket to halfway across the island prices.

First time I went, back in 2019, I promised never to return. The room was dated and nothing worked. For reasons beyond my control, I had to book one night here. Front desk and all other staff members are professional and excellent. But room was still horrible. Plus left with many mosquito bites. Lesson learned.

A pleasant no frills stay.

It was the ideal place for us this time. We were there for 3 nights and wanted a no-fuss stay. You can have breakfast there for an extra charge but as the hotel is situated in Robinson's Mall it gave us lots of choices as to where we ate. The room, although small was adequate for our needs and it was quiet for most of the time except for the arrival and departure of other guests at infrequent times. You had the choice of either daily housekeeping or not, and we chose not to have it as we didn't need our beds and towels changed daily. The beds were comfortable and a nice touch was to have a hot/cold water dispenser in the passageway, which saved us bringing in bottled water. Coffee-making facilities were provided but no supplies however with Bo's coffee just downstairs they were not needed. The WiFi was not so helpful as the signal was pretty weak but we had our own so it didn't really matter. The staff were friendly and helpful and if a very affordable nice place is what you are looking for then this is the place.
