Aluguei o imóvel pela segunda vez, por 5 diárias e novamente foi excelente. A casa é super preparada. Um destaque para os cuidados do proprietário conosco, como o fato de deixar sabonetes, papel higiênico, edredom e etc... Muito bom, virei "cliente".

Bom custo/benefício

O imóvel é simples mas limpo e estruturado a casa é ideal para quatro pessoas e fica localizada próxima a rodoviária em um condomínio bem estruturado . O dono da residência é sempre atento aos problemas e dificuldades encontradas. Tivemos problema com gambás no teto da residência somente por isso não dei nota máxima.

Fabulous holiday home!

Firstly, the location of the property is excellent - so close to the bus station and the centre of town yet in a lovely quiet and secure community. All attendants and staff were helpful and very welcoming. The house itself has everything you need for a great vacation - fully equipped kitchen, all bedrooms cosy and comfortable and three shower rooms!!! Also great TV, with plenty of English speaking options to watch for those of us who don't speak much Portuguese! We had a fantastic stay and can thoroughly recommend Joao Carlos and his property.

Casa muito acolhedora

Estive com minha família na casa do Sr. João e foi tudo maravilhoso. Não cheguei a conhecer pessoalmente o Sr. João, mas os funcionários do condomínio estão acostumados e bem treinados com isso e nós receberam muito bem. A casa estava limpa e o Sr. João esteve disponível em todos os momentos por telefone e WhatsApp. A sala é bem arejada com televisão a cabo. Os quartos tem ar condicionado o que nos deu conforto a noite. Em próximas viagens a Búzios onde eu fique pelo menos 3 a 4 diárias, voltarei nesta casa.

Excelente lugar para descansar

El lugar es excelente para descansar en familia. El condominio esta muy bien ubicado, es muy tranquilo y cerca del centro comercial. Por la puerta pasan las combis que te llevan y traen a todas las playas, es una comodidad muy importante y mas si vas con chicos. Esperamos volver pronto. Gracias Joao por la buena atencion y predisposicion.
