I loved the quality of the room’s lighting, sheets, the chairs, the pillows, how clean it was, how comfortable it was with the air conditioner, the Netflix, the free water, the closet set up, the easy check in and out, responsive time on WhatsApp, the leaving my luggage, the banana for breakfast, the area is very walkable, safe, close to areas to check out. I felt so comfortable and able to relax in the villa.

The best thing I liked about the Villa Santa Fe is how clean and modern it was. I don't like bugs or insects and I did but see any in the Villa. The staff is very nice and friendly. You are walking distance to everything; so many shops and places to eat with tons of options. I have a few suggestions that I think would make it better. I totally recommend this hotel. They were super professional with great communication before arrival and during our stay. The hotel is very beautiful! More beautiful than the photos. Everything was super clean and the linens were fresh and crisp. They even gave us an upgraded room without us asking. So kind! They also dropped off a corkscrew and wine glasses in our room for us to use. They have a wonderful balcony overlooking the public square. The location is just great. Super close to everything. Small grocery stores and pharmacies are close as well as ins of restaurants. Note that there is no breakfast included but I think that is reflected in the lower price of the hotel. There are plenty of places to eat in Buzios. I will definitely stay here the next time I return to Buzios. Thank you to the staff!!

Great location, clean hotel with all comforts

Not much to say, the place is clean, perfectly located and has all the comforts someone needs. Internet coverage is awful and would stop working repeatedly every day across multiple devices. Do not stay there if you need it to work. Receptionist spoke perfect english. A little bit noisy on the weekends.

Excellent location!

The hotel has the perfect location. Its a cute hotel with just a few rooms(maybe 6?) The room is simple but very clean. Every day, the room’s fridge is stocked with fresh drinks like water, and the housekeeping is excellent. I found the hotel very private—so much so that we rarely saw the host on-site. She was available by message when needed. The building is very secure. As for the location, you won’t find better! Note: breakfast is not included, but you’re right across from an excellent breakfast restaurant. We went there every day, and it was delicious. They offer a discount for hotel guests.

O problema não é a pousada, mas os arredores

A pousada em si não é ruim, o problema é que bem em frente tem um bar e uma distribuidora de bebidas que junta bêbados, drogados e moradores de rua tocando funk na maior altura até 6h da manhã sem deixar ninguém dormir. A dona da pousada gentilmente se ofereceu para devolver o meu dinheiro, mas eu não aceitei, ela fez o que pode, mas eu não procuraria um lugar mais tranquilo para ficar. Também tem o fato de que não tem recepcionista no período noturno na pousada, o acesso é por uma porta com código, em tese qualquer pessoa com o código pode entrar na pousada e eu acho isso uma falha na segurança. As acomodações da pousada são boas, tudo limpo e organizado, eles oferecem água, cápsulas de café e banana, mas não tem café da manhã.

Linda, limpa e excelente opção para quem está de passagem para outra pousada, região, ou em excursão de ônibus. Mas para quem vai de carro a região peca muito por não oferecer estacionamento próximo nem 24h. Os estacionamentos ao redor não são 24h e começam com 60 reais.

Ótimo custo-benefício

Pousada pequena, quarto confortável e super cheiroso, a poucos metros da Rua das Pedras. Não tem café e nem estacionamento, mas não é um problema pq há alguns estacionamentos bem próximos,,embora não sejam baratos. Conseguimos fazer o check-in mais cedo sem problemas.

Viajei para Buzios com meus doi filhos adultos. A pousada é excelente, de muito bom gosto. Limpeza e atendinento excelente. A licalizacao é otima, bem proximo da rua de pedra e da praia. Otimo cafe da manhã. Quando voltarmos ficara lá com toda certeza.

En general es una posada muy comoda, estan muy bien ubicados a pasos del centro de buzios, la atencion de sus recepcionistas es super, nos ayudaron en todo lo necesario para nuestro viaje, tips de restaurantes economicos, transporte y atractivos turisticos. El desayuno horrible, las moscas encima de toda la comida, no tienen mucha variedad, en dos oportunidad las frutas estaban vinagre, el olor era muy fuerte, los huevos secos y sin sabor, podrian dar otras opciones de preparar los huevos y buscar alguna manera de mantener los alimentos FRESCOS.
