"Got charged everyday on my card for no reason. I didn’t order any services whatsoever and didn’t even eat their free breakfast within my 3 night stay. Thought I handled it at the front desk but they were useless and I had to go to my bank and handle it myself. Walls are also very thin, I could hear the TV of a neighbor next to my room and some amenities were limited during my stay. Would not recommend "

"Room didn’t have real shelves or counter space in the restroom and the water pressure on the waaaay light side. The staff had a laundry room CONNECTED to our room and were EXTREMELY loud with music, television and loud bangs against the wall. I would suggest guests not ever stay in a connected room with a staff room. Way too loud and not relaxing. "

"Everything was awesome! The room was clean and nice. The only issue was there was no conditioner in the bottle and I requested. The staff quickly responded and said they would refill but never did so we had to go buy some. "

"Overnight staff was not helpful or kind. Could not Initially find our reservation when I had advised to did the self check in. No explanation of the property. We were offered to upgrade but he did not say there was a time limit or had to be decided right then. When we asked about it after he was quite rude in his tone stating it was too late, we would have to pay for another room. After I proceeded to say it was fine. He kept going as to why we could not take the upgrade in a rude tone. After reading further reviews the overnight staff seems to be a consistent issue for customer. The buffet breakfast was not refilled in a timely manner leaving a lot of people without breakfast. Staff would come check see it’s empty but not food would be brought out. day time staff were pleasant. "
