Room was small but overall hotel was pretty cool. Great location, bed was ok but annoyed it was tough to get a cup of coffee in the morning and the espresso machine was down apparently….. would expect better from this hotel to get it fixed quickly or buy another one

The nearby establishment offers excellent accommodations for dogs, and the staff is professional and attentive. The room, appliances, bed, and bath are all of superior quality..spacious parking lot and the shops, restaurants nearby.. l high recommend price affordable

We loved our stay. The downstairs area is a warm and cozy layout with beautiful views of the lake out of the many windows. Staff was very professional and checking in/out was a breeze. Only concern we experienced was hot tub was heavy with cholrine. Wanting to enjoy weekend with wife and my daughter, we were very pleased with everything except that.

Was only here one night for a funeral so didn't see anything.
It was overall a great hotel. For the not so expensive price and our amazing room with the king-sized bed and jacuzzi bathtub, it was such a great deal! If we ever come back to Grand Rapids, I guarantee we will come back to Baymont Byron Center again
