"The picture looked nice, but when we arrives the building is very old I could have gotten over it. However, the pool was not working. It was green and the customer service was not good might’ve not been their fault but they made me late to my flight and I missed it. I had five kids that were not mine really bad experience the guy at the front had a really bad day, but it’s seemed that he was taking it out on other people. Communication in the morning also upsetting with a front desk and the shuttle was late 30 minutes."

"From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a VIP. All staff members I met or passed greeted me with a warm welcome. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I used the gym and the pool both were well maintained and clean. Plenty of parking too. I would stay again with no hesitation!"

"Hotel is very well located, access to all restaurants. Shuttle to the airport really good, shuttle to anywhere else was more of an inconvenience because it is at the same time as the airport, should be at the off hours. Would be good to have healthy options at breakfast, like Greek yogurt, fruit, cereals that are not sugar"

"Room fixtures need a little TLC. Shower wall panel broken and curtain rod loose. Kitchen peninsula wobbly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have do sized refrigerator and kitchen necessities."
