    OBS 1: TWO BALCONIES (front and back) LARGE KITCHEN, ROOM THREE DORMITORIES BEING THAT ONE OF THEM WITH TWO BEDS AND ONE SOFA BED (4 TO 5 PEOPLE) IN IT.
