Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, my daughter and I felt truly welcomed. A special thank you to Michelle, our concierge, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The entire staff was warm, professional, and always willing to help. The property is stunning, the breakfasts and dinners were incredible, and the atmosphere is peaceful yet very family-friendly. It is the perfect luxury getaway for families traveling with children, thanks to the thoughtful service and welcoming environment. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend Esperanza to anyone visiting Los Cabos.

Absolutely stunning resort with beautiful rooms, pools and restaurants. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful with any and all requests we had. This is one of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many high end resorts throughout Cancun and Cabo. I am knocking off one star for the lack of activities and absolutely outrageous food/beverage costs. We had a day of rain during our stay, and there is absolutely nothing to do on resort property that is indoors, aside from staying in your room. They also don’t have any indoor restaurants, so you’re stuck with ordering room service or going to the one covered dining option that is outdoors. The food and drink prices were also quite the shock. Expect to pay a minimum of $500 a day per couple here if you are eating all meals at the resort. They include a 16% service charge on absolutely everything you order, on top of taxes and the absurd initial cost of the item itself. For example, after tax and service charge, we paid $60 for 2 espresso martinis. Definitely stock up on alcohol before coming if you want to save some money. Food prices were not much better. All in all, if you come to this resort expecting to pay for these things, it will be an incredible experience. Everything is incredible here.
