"We stayed here for a few days to celebrate my birthday. The staff were wonderful. My only complaints are the hidden hotel fees (service fees, sanitation fees, cargo carrier fees, and federal taxes) which were more about $200. We also had our water turned off on Saturday from 10am - 8pm, and no hot water from Saturday through Sunday. I was also charged for their buffet breakfast ($25/per day) which I declined but was told was prepaid and I couldn’t refund or use at their restaurants. Beautiful place. Won’t be back."

"Pueblo Bonito SUNSET is a must ! our entire stay was perfect thanks to all their amenities. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Great pools , restaurants and getting around is so convenient with there golf cart and transportation to the other Pueblo Bonito resorts."

"This hotel was pretty good overall! We only stayed here overnight due to some flight complications, but we had a nice experience during our short stay. The resort was very quiet, relaxed, clean, and well maintained. There aren’t a ton of amenities or activities to choose from, so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it if you’re looking for a lively or action-packed resort. However, if you’re looking for a peaceful, laid-back place to relax and enjoy some downtime, this is definitely a good option. Overall, the property was beautiful and comfortable, and it worked perfectly for what we needed."
