4th bedroom is close to the laundry area. Separated from the 3 main rooms upstairs it has a bathroom, a queen bed and a ceiling fan and can also be accessed from a separate door and from inside the house.

REFRIGERATOR is being replaced and there is a difference one then the one shown in the pictures.
